How long does it take until I receive my goods?
We currently have a delivery time of 5-8 working days (Monday - Friday) within the EU. The shipping is done by DHL.  When your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking link that allows you to track the route of your goods.

How to use the smile by eGo
The smile by eGo should be worn loosely in front of the face. If pressure points appear on the nose or between the eyes, this is a clear sign that the mask is too tight. Please adjust the length of the cord so that the mask lies loosely on the bridge of the nose. The protection is then still given, it does not have to press.
Depending on how you adjust the length of the lower or upper cord, you can change the angle of the mask.

Material composition
The smile by eGo is made of PET (polyethylene terephthalate). PET is a thermoplastic produced by polycondensation and belongs to the polyester family. It has a wide range of applications and is used to manufacture plastic bottles (PET bottles), films and textile fibers, among other things. The material is food safe and does not pose any health hazard. The rubber band is made of polyester and elastane.
